The resort of Los Alcazares is about 8 minutes by car and boasts a wide selection of nightlife, bars, shops, beach-front restaurants and watersports.

Costa Calida is also known as "The warm coast". The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year.

The beaches, many blue flag standard, are wide sandy and mostly skirted by paved promenades with plenty of beachside restaurants and snack bars. Ideal for children and watersport enthusiasts alike. Due to the flat landscape around the coast this area is also very popular with cyclists.
